🐞 Sticky header for "mobile portrait" also shows in landscape orientation

### Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [ ] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

When the header / advanced / motions effects / "sticky on" is set for "mobile portrait", the header should only be sticky when the phone is in portrait (tall) orientation. However, it is showing as sticky in landscape (wide) orientation as well, which makes it very hard to read if you have any significant navigation in your header at all (takes up far too much space).

Can replicate on Safari iOS and Chrome on Android 14 when viewing https://gregbenzphotography.com/hdr/

### Steps to reproduce

View https://gregbenzphotography.com/hdr/ on a mobile phone in landscape orientation. The top navigation should not be sticky, but remains even when scrolling down the page.

### Isolating the problem

- [ ] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
