[⌛ Awaiting Feedback] 🐞 Bug Report: Table of content widget problem with sticky header

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

Hi team!

I am using sticky header on my website. When we click on the link in the table of content widget, the page moves to the destination link. **But the problem is that the desired title is placed under the sticky header.** Is there a solution to this issue?

### Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure the header is sticky.
2. On the Single post page, add the table of content widget.
3. In the front end, using the table of content, click on the desired titles to be transferred there.
4. When the page reaches the desired title, the title is placed below the header.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
