🐞 Bug Report: Form Field Date Placeholder Not Visible On Mobile

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

Form widget > Field type: Date > Placeholder text --> Placeholder text is not visible on mobile, but the date widget works as expected.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Create new form
2) Add new field
3) Field type: Date
4) Add placeholder text
5) Check on mobile, placeholder text not visible.

### Isolating the problem

- [ ] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [ ] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
