🐞 Bug Report: Twitter Share Button not escaping excerpts

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

Share Widget Twitter Button is not escaping / urlencoding post excerpts. e.g. when symbols like an ampersand & and percent % are present, the twitter share button fails to pass the excerpt contents correctly to twitter in the text parameter.

Very frustrating when one is trying to keep to the character limit and need to abbreviate 'and' to '&' etc.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a post
2. Enter an excerpt that contains & or %
3. Insert the Share Buttons widget
4. Publish the post
5. Click the twitter icon

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
