⛔ 🐞 Bug Report: Changing the position of the edit template button in the Loop carousel widget

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

Hi

Unlike the Loop grid widget, the loop carousel widget has a edit template button in the center. But as you can see in the image below, under certain conditions this button can interfere with the container handle. in such a way that the two are placed on top of each other.


### Steps to reproduce

To avoid this interference, it is better to place the edit template button of the loop carousel widget on the left side like the loop grid widget. Exactly like the picture below :


### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
