🐞 trouble with responsiveness at browser width 767.57px

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

When creating a responsive site, where one design is for mobile (hidden on tablet and desktop) and one design is for tablet and desktop (hidden on mobile), when the browser is at 767.57px wide both designs appear

### Steps to reproduce

uploaded one image, navigated to "advanced/responsive" and clicked "hide on tablet" and "hide on desktop"
uploaded a second image and clicked "hide on mobile"

site looks good at small and large sizes, but resizing the browser window to 767.57px wide shows both images

### Isolating the problem

- [ ] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [ ] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [ ] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
