🚀 Feature Request: Further improvements to responsive mode / custom breakpoints: landscape and portrait mode / horizontal and vertical layouts

### What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

The design department in our company is always rlly picky when it comes to layouts for different devices and with pretty much every website I´ve run into the problem that I cannot properly recreate the designs for devices in landscape mode. I´m usually given 4 different designs (Desktop, Tablet landscape, Tablet portrait and Mobile) but I cannot properly create the website for Tablet landscape cause with the current breakpoint system it seems like I can only change the layouts based on the device width and not the height / the aspect ratio or how you wanna call it.
If you hold a tablet horizontally (depending on the tablet) you´ve sometimes reached the desktop or laptop size and (at least as far as I know) there´s no way to differentiate between big tablet and Laptop.

If you have for example a separate design for tablet landscape that´s supposed to have 100% viewport-height the designs are pretty difficult to create. In my last project our design department wanted to have a layout specifically for tablet landscape where we had a full height image on the left side and text and a form on the right side.

### Describe the solution you'd like

I´d love to have an additional option under "Site Settings" -> "Breakpoints" where I can specifically tell Elementor whether I´d like the breakpoint to be for landscape or portrait (or both?!). I feel like the "Tablet Extra" is already a good thing and judging by the device icon in the Elementor bar it´s already in landscape mode but it´s not taking into account the aspect ratio but just the width.
I heard that there´s a CSS command like `orientation: landscape` but it´d be nice to have it directly in Elementor

### Describe alternatives you've considered

The only alternative I know of is custom code. That´s also what the Elementor support told me. But to me as someone with pretty much 0 programming knowledge and who´s not an expert with HTML and CSS I´d love to have this directly integrated into Elementor.

### Additional context

I just wrote with the Elementor support to be sure this cannot be solved in a different way without coding. They told me that there´s currently no way to do this with Elementor which is the reason why I decided to post a feature request here.
