🐞 Popup Not Working On Desktop (WQHD) while additional breakpoints are active

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

We found a bug in Elementor. If we have the additional custom breakpoints active, the popup on the https://www.hello-world.net/jakobswegreisen-marktplatz/ page will not be displayed for the desktop view (**WQHD**). However, it works perfectly on mobile devices (tested at an iPhone 6s plus and 8plus).

Yesterday I had the opportunity to test it on an iPad pro. It doesn't work there either.

**Breakpoints triggers are:**
- On page load within 30sec
- On page exit intent: active

**Advanced Rules**
- Show on devices: Desktop, Tablet, Handy (active)

As soon as we deactivate the additional custom breakpoints, the popup works on all devices.

We recreated the whole thing on our staging site with the latest Elementor versions.

A curious behavior that shows up in this context is that when we shrink the window down, the popup shows up.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Go to https://www.hello-world.net/jakobswegreisen-marktplatz/. There is no popup for desktop (**WQHD**) or tablet (**tested with a iPad Pro**) with active additional breakpoints. The popup display works perfectly for mobile devices.

2) Disable the additional breakpoints.

3) Call up the page https://www.hello-world.net/jakobswegreisen-marktplatz/ again. Popups are now displayed on desktop and tablets.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
