🐞 Popups and Tabs-Vertical Position - Duplicates tab items

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

While setting up a popup and using tabs in a vertical position. When previewing or live, it creates duplicate tab items. I have tested this on multiple client websites, and it produces the same issue.

I have also deactivated other plugins one by one to diagnose the issue. None of which stopped producing the problem.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a popup
2. Put Tabs in
3. Set Tabs position to vertical
4. publish and preview

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
