🚀 Feature Request: Display the default value for Transition Duration fields in Transform Effects

- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

### What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

It would be great if the default value was displayed as a place holder in the Transition Duration fields. For example, in the transform > hover, we have the Transition Duration (ms) option. We don't know what the default value is now.

In the Transition Duration fields, the default value should be displayed as a place holder.
