🚀 Feature Request: Excerpt & title Length for Post title and Post Excerpt widgets + tooltip (loop builder)

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

### What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

After the loop builder is added, we use the Post title and Post Excerpt widgets to display the title and abstract. Therefore, in these widgets we have no control over the [length of the Excerpt](https://prnt.sc/LC0O0uX4KPTR).
**So please add the Excerpt Length feature to these two widgets (Post title and Post Excerpt).** This would be great in the loop builder.
**Also, please add [tooltip option](https://prnt.sc/rOBzfzU9SxEZ) for these two widgets. If the title or excerpt is displayed incompletely, if the user hovers over it with the mouse, the full text will be displayed.**

Finally, I have another suggestion...
If you add the Excerpt Length option to these two widgets, add it in 3 ways.

1- Trim Type by words : https://prnt.sc/pDFRxgCK8YNd
2- Trim Type based on letters : https://prnt.sc/nm4Tk_x3D6pO
3- word wrap : This option can be extremely useful. Using this option, we can determine whether the abstract or title should be displayed in several lines. For example, if we consider 2 lines, if the number of Excerpt lines is more than 2 lines, it will be broken And at the end of the text... is displayed.

**word wrap is now present in the table of content widget.**
