🐞 Bug report: My Account widget > Account details - Error messages not showing

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

On the 'My Account' widget for WooCommerce, when you are on the 'Account details' section if any issues occur with the submitted data, no error messages are show. It seems that the notice box is disabled somehow.

### Steps to reproduce

Setup WooCommerce with a my account page, as the 'My Account' WooCommerce widget to this. Then view this page and go to the 'Account details' section. Update your details, but miss off something such as leaving your last name blank. The page is refreshed and no error message is shown. Updates are not saved as well.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
