🚀 Ability to customize text selection in elementor.

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

### What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

This is a very simple but practical feature. Using this feature, we can customize the text style after selection, and this is great.
In fact, we need two options to customize the text after selection. 1- Text color after selection, 2- text background color after selection.

I think the best part to add these two options is Site Settings> Typography.
