Description

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

### What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.

When editing with elementor, horizontal scrolling is most often enabled in the browser. Therefore, we must hide the overflow in the section or container, to hide the horizontal scroll. This is really painful. Is there a specific reason why elementor does not hide these overflows by default?
Please fix this annoying case once and for all

### Describe the solution you'd like

Overflow is hidden by default. In this case, we will never have horizontal scrolling when editing with elementor.
