🐞 Bug report: Mobile Navi does not fold down since Elementor Pro 3.6.3 (3.6.2 is working)

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

The mobile navigation does not show the dropdown anymore after version 3.6.2

### Steps to reproduce

Install 3.6.2. and the mobile navigation submenu unfolds... update to 3.6.3 or 3.6.4 and it does not work anymore. Tested on iPhone 12 Pro and others.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
