🚀 new preloader in elementor (Similar to elementor editor and github)

- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro )

This preloader is super great. It would be great if you could add this type of preloader to elementor. This preloader can be customized both on desktop and on mobile and tablet. One of the most important options for customizing it is its height and color. (Exactly similar to the prosgress tracker widget)
This type of preloader already exists in elementor, but is not usable by users and is displayed when the elementor editor is loading : https://prnt.sc/PNt8GKU-Rzan
