⛔ 🛟 Support Request: Which databases to select in order to safely push staging to prodcution

Which database tables to select while pushing staging to production so that elementor design is pushed to live site. However, I don't want to overwrite the user-generated data in the woo-commerce store and new blogs written by editors. The live site also has some new user registrations. I'm attaching the response from elementor support indicating that the issue can only be addressed by developers. I'm also attaching the list of database tables that appear to have changed on the staging in comparison to production. The support is not taking responsibility to answer this. I tried the Facebook community. Nobody over there got a clue. So I think at least you guys will take the responsibility of clarifying this.
