⌛ The Rollback Tool prevents Elementor Pro from fetching new updates

## Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

## Description

If you use the Elementor > Tools > Version Control feature to rollback to a previous version of Elementor Pro, the update notices stop appearing, so you cannot then update to latest Elementor Pro.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Elementor > Tools > Version Control.
2. Rollback to a Elementor Pro 3.3.0.
3. Go to Plugins or Dashboard > Updates. You will not be able to see update notice for Elementor Pro.

To fix this, you have two options:

1. Go to your Account on Elementor website and download Elementor Pro. Upload via Plugins > Add New. Updates now re-appear.

OR

2. Rollback the free version, then update the free version, then this triggers the Pro version updates to work again.

Also, since Elementor Pro 3.3.0, the incremental updates do not appear in the Rollback version options, so you can't rollback to 3.3.1, 3.3.2, or 3.3.3 only to 3.3.0. However, I think that's because there is a sequential update that has to happen from 3.3.0 to 3.3.1 then to the other versions after that. So it's two step. If you are at 3.3.0, it updates you to 3.3.1, then you have to update to 3.3.4. Not sure if this is by design or a separate issue.

## Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
