⌛ ⛔ Video and Video Playlist Widget always plays Youtube videos muted

## Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

## Description
Video and Video Playlist Widget always plays Youtube videos muted.

The regular Video Widget does have a muted toggle which does not work. Video always starts to play muted.

Viewers of video have to manual unmute the video from the player while watching to get the sound.

## Steps to reproduce
Add Video and Video Playlist Widgets to a page. Add your youtube video and hit save.
Visit page on frontend and play the videos. Videos are muted and viewer must manually unmute them from the player.

## Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
