GetResponse lists cannot be updated

When adding a new Form field the list can be selected in the GetResponse list dropdown.

If I edit an existing form the list cannot be edited.

The loading spinner never stops spinning.

In the Browser Console I can see that there is no request fired to get the lists (only to get the fields).

Please fix!
