Image lightbox styling in the Theme Builder

## Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
I can't fully customize my web with a custom image lightbox

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A new tab in the elementor menu for example, so that we have some options to customize this. It could be inside elementor theme? Maybe add a new tab in elementor theme builder to build lightboxes for videos and photos.
