forms widget with steps still not useable

## Prerequisites

- [x] have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

## Description

when (trying) using steps within form widget still going crazy!
editing screen wont jump to the step youre trying to edit. so youre not able to see what you are doing.
sometimes it helps filling the fields in editor, but like more less than often.

present on different sites - result always the same.

in this state (present for months!!) the steps form is completely unuseable.
