FEATURE REQUEST | YouTube or Vimeo video in background on hover

## Prerequisites

- [x ] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x ] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
on Video Widget make videos play on mouseover and mouseout

**Describe the solution you'd like**
When the mouse is over a video shows a small preview of that video

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
If preview not possible, maybe could start at some point (ex: video starts at 00:15 on hover)
