Social Follow Handles URLs in Global Site Settings and integration with Social Follow Widget

- [ X ] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [ X ] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
Similar to many WP themes and plugins a social media settings UI is missing.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like a UI in the Elementor editors global "Site Settings" UI or in the Elementor admin tools or settings area that allows me to enter the relevant social follow links and then have them both auto-populate social icon widget fields. The solution should also allow a person to customize on a per use basis of any social platform handle/URL if desired.

This means I never have to look up the social media channel again or if there is an update it can be done even faster and globally.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I generally create global section templates as a workaround but it is still not as nice as having this in global settings.
