Video - add option for lightbox with play button on mobile

## Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

Elementor has a simple yes/no toggle for "Play On Mobile" video widget/video background.
However, this isn't enough - I propose changing the yes/no toggle to a dropdown with a third possible value: Lightbox

Instead of only having the choice to play or not play a video on mobile, a video that could be autoplayed on a desktop device, could then change into the poster image overlay with a play icon button that opens a lightbox with the video on mobile.

This way, we're not autoplaying video on mobile unless the user doesn't initiate the play by their own decision after tapping on the play button. With the existing yes/no toggle - if "yes", the user is forced to download the video on mobile even if they don't want to, and if "no" - the user can't watch the video if they want to. The "lightbox" option is more flexible.
