[Question]: No way to extend "Motion Effects"?

Description
Is there any proper way to add a new motion effect in "Motion Effects" section? I am able to add it from the PHP side by overriding the `motion-fx` module but can't seem to find a way to add the new motion effect from the Javascript side.
