Description

- [X] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
Vimeo timestamps don't seem to work when using Dynamic Lightbox Pro - When the element (icon list) I'm using is clicked, I would like a lightbox to come up & jump to certain times as they are instructional videos and have steps throughout. Having a direct link to each timestamp in the video would help this.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Timestamps like https://vimeo.com/235215203#t=5s would go to the exact time. **This seems to work for Youtube & Dailymotion but not Vimeo.**

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
An alternative I have is separating the instructional videos into one step = one video instead of one complete video of multiple steps, then using THOSE in the lightbox since there's no timestamps need - However, this creates hours upon hours of more work that I may not need to do if timestamps worked for Vimeo videos. (The design cannot be changed (not my decision) so it has to fit within the confines of what the client wants, otherwise I would use the video widget.)

**Additional context**
Nothing much else, except I have to do this on multiple videos and I need to find a way to get this working for my client soon.
