Color Palette - Level: over 9000

## Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x ] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
1. I would like to be able to control the color(-value)-input systems better, i.e I want to be able to select between HEX, HEXA, RGB, and RGBA values and then have the color values always shown in the picked system.
2. The transparency slider should jump in values of 5% and 'in-between values' can then be typed in, if necessary.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
1. Provide a dropdown where the value-schema can be selected, make this a setting in 'Preferences' but allow overrides, if necessary
2. set the transparency-slider to jump in increments of 5% Opacity/Transparency

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
having to manually enter the RGBA-values each time I want to adjust a color-value or set transparency. which is annoying because I have to always look up my values.

**Additional context**
In an ideal world, an option to define 'named' color other than 'Primary', 'Secondary', ... so that I have a color palette of more than just 4 defined colors
