Custom Add to Cart - Open in new tab & Button text

- [x] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

Hi, please add two new options for the Custom Add to Cart button:
1.) products that are marked as External in Woocommerce, could be opened on a new browser tab (as an option in the button settings)
2.) the name that is displayed on Custom Add to Cart button - to be taken from the Woocommerce field of the product settings > Button text.
