Add hyperlink feature to the "acceptance" form field

## Prerequisites

- [X ] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X ] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
Refer users to the "Security Policy" page from the "acceptance" field

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Add the hyperlink option so users can open the Privacy Policy page from the hyperlink from the field itself

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I can't find a better alternative to the one I have proposed
