Elementor shortcode widget and Learndash Course Grid format issue

## Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

## Description

When using Elementor shortcode widget to insert a shortcode to display a Learndash Course Grid, columns and formatting created within the shortcode won't work. Issue will also happen using Wordpress TuentySixteen or Hello Elementor.

Not using Elementor but Wordpress editor gives no problem whatsoever, the grid shows properly, without the need to deactivate Elementor.

## Steps to reproduce

- Install Learndash and Learndash Course Grid plugins.
- Create several courses.
- Create and edit a template using Elementor.
- Insert shortcode widget
- Insert [ld_course_list] shortcode to display a course grid.
- Sometimes it gets to show properly in backend, can't pinpoint when. It never formats properly in frontend.

## Isolating the problem

- [x] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [x] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.
- [x] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
