Description

### What Happened?

After suspending my laptop and resuming, wingpanel is broken. The application menu on the left and the widgets on the right are missing. Only the date remains visible in the center. This happens when using an external HiDPI monitor scaled at 150%. This monitor is the only one enabled and is set as the default display. To temporarily fix the issue, I run the command `killall io.elementary.wingpanel`, and the panel restarts correctly.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect an external HiDPI monitor.
2. Set scaling to 150%.
3. Disable the laptop screen so only the external monitor is active and set as the default.
4. Suspend the laptop.
5. Resume the session.

### Expected Behavior

After resuming from suspend, wingpanel should display normally with the application menu on the left, the date in the center, and the widgets on the right.
