/docs could use some designing

Although we are currently not linking to `/docs` anywhere (as far as I know), I really think that this page needs some designing. If I open up some documentation file and want to see the rest of the files, I'm going to delete `*` in `/docs/*`.

Currently, that page is mostly white with just a few bulletin points written in small font. It does what it is supposed to do, but I'm sure somebody could design it to look better.
