Browsers that stored cache couldn't load the new images

## What Happened

Browsers that previously visited elementary.io and stored its 'website data' before the release of Odin cannot load the new images, e.g. the new wallpapers for Odin.

## Expected Behavior

All browsers should be able to load correct resources

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit elementary.io before the release of Odin
2. Allow storage of website data
3. Visit the new elementary.io after the release of Odin
