Description
### What Happened?
I played the same video file multiple times. At a certain moment, the video player gets stuck at a given timestamp (no further sound, video, and time indicator stops changing).
Rewinding back, or starting the file from beginning, or closing Videos app altogether and opening the file again, still freeze at the same point.
Jumping to a later point works, even though video playback lags behind audio.
Rebooting the system fixes this (and if player gets stuck afterwards, it's on another timestamp). It seems that issue can also fix itself after working with many other files.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a video file (tested on .webm, 3min).
2. Play it several times; when it ends, go to Files and middle-click the file to play again.
3. Eventually, the player gets stuck. Its interface is still responsive, but that timestamp in video will not work.
### Expected Behavior
An arbitrary number of plays work as well as the first one does.
