### Steps to Reproduce

1. Inspect any webpage and open the Debugger tab.
2. Setup a breakpoint and trigger it. When that happens, the webpage area will appear dimmed.
3. Hover the cursor over the dimmed area.

### Expected Behavior

It works on GNOME.

### OS Version

8.x (Circe)

### OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

### Session Type

Secure Session (Wayland)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

### Log Output

```shell
```

### Hardware Info

- elementary is running Firefox 145 ([Snap from Mozilla](https://snapcraft.io/firefox))
- The GNOME desktop I showed earlier is from a Debian 13 system, and the browser is Firefox ESR 140; so further testing is necessary to make sure it's not a Firefox issue.
