the display escapes frames

after installing NVIDIA, the display still escapes frames, for example when you hold a window and try to move it fast to a new place in the screen you will find that the window is not moving smooth but rather the frame escape is so high that i could see part of the window went to the new position and still the other part did not leave the old position (takes less than half a second)
