Description

### What Happened?

Certain popular and indispensible Flatpak Apps no longer function, since the last updates during the last 7-10 days. It appears they no longer can access the file system to read their database and write to

save.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Files or open Nextcloud Flatpak App
2. click Save in KeepassXC Flatpak App

The Apps have the correct permissions under Settings > Applications

I tried to even fix it manually with:

1) "flatpak overide >package_name< --filesystem=/home/xxx", as well as
2) "flatpak override --reset >package_name<" and
3) "sudo flatpak repair --user && flatpak repair --system".

Nothing works.

### Expected Behavior

Apps to function normally and that they can read and write again

### OS Version

### Session Type

### Log Output
