Binding power button to 'prompt to shutdown' causes instant shutdown after a few suspends

### What Happened?

I have found that pressing the power button causes an instant shutdown rather than prompting for it, after a number of suspend/resumes(?). This is really problematic on my StarLabs Lite where the power button is right above the backspace key, and I have lost documents when trying to backspace because of this.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. set power button behaviour to prompt to shutdown
2. suspend and resume a number of times(?)
3. try pressing the button

### Expected Behavior

Power button only ever does what you set it to do.
