Unreadable / blurred text in certain windows

### What Happened?

Having an issue with certain areas of the system, mainly in the settings, where the text is not readable. The text is just blurred. I haven't changed anything meaningful except setting dark mode. Sometimes scrolling fixes it, sometimes not, sometimes only in certain areas.

Issue occurs after a completely fresh install of elementaryOS, have never run it before on this machine. And I've already seen the issue reports about obscured text, which don't look the same here and the fixes there did not fix it for me.

1. Installed elementaryOS
2. Went to system settings
3. Encountered the issue

Not blurred text
