Pulsing audio noise and randomly pop sound

### What Happened?

When any audio playback happened no matter from where, there will be a pulsing tsk tsk tsk noise in the background, also random pop sound

### Steps to Reproduce

Play any sound (even notification that stay more than a second)

No pulse
