Proposal: auto mount connected disks on startup

**Add the option to auto mount connected disks / usb sticks on system startup.**

When the system first starts up, only the disk containing system files is mounted. if a user has multiple disks connected to their machine, they'll have to launch the Files app then mount each disk manually from there.
This doesn't seem intuitive or user friendly to me, and it might be confusing to new users who are coming from other operating systems.
the issue gets worse when other programs are dependent on files or paths on other disks and will not work properly if said disks aren't mounted (steam library on other disk, Gdrive folder path on another .. etc).

So I'd like to have the option to auto mount connected disks on startup to be available natively in the OS, that can be accessed and configured in a GUI, and that is easy to understand for beginners.
