problem with keyboard stopping working

I may be forwarding the problem in the wrong place already I apologize for the error. then the keyboard stops working when the system enters full screen. but it’s not every time this happens more rarely when I watch a movie or leave something in full screen running there’s a chance the keyboard will stop now I just left a game running and when I came back the keyboard stopped working and I had to log out for him to come back I believe that it is something related to the system because on the login screen I don't have this problem, I recorded videos on my cell phone that may help to understand.

is in zip format because github does not allow mp4 files larger than 10Mb.
