Description

***Please note that I don't generally expect this to be fixed/present at the moment as Surface hardware has historically been a bit "odd". But I figured it was worth filing in the event it does get addressed or potentially needs to be referenced by other users.***
## What Happened

In both the live environment as well as installed, there appear to be no power settings relating to battery on the Surface Laptop Go. Everything appears to be working in regards to general hardware. Brightness controls, full touchpad functionality, sleep, etc. Though it doesn't seem to be able to display/control battery

## Expected Behavior

Battery settings/preferences as well as battery life indicator in the power-related Wingpanel dropdown.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Boot into a live environment on SLG hardware or install on SLG hardware (I understand this isn't practical as it pertains to a specific device, just following the reporting steps.)
2. Check power settings in Wingpanel and Switchboard
