Description
### Problem
Some Elements (eOS users :) ) may not use other systems, so grub screen would be helpful if timeshift is used to execute a recovery process.
PS: The fast use of NVMe, Emmc and M.2 would be better used to boot up.
### Proposal
- Insert a button (or radio button to turn on/off) in Settings > System > Operating System.
- Turn on/off GRUB screen
