### What Happened?
Scrollbar background doesn't follow app style/mode and appears transparent when window isn't maximized or titled.
Scrollbar background doesn't follow app style/mode and appears black when window is maximized or tiled (regardless of app style/mode)
### Steps to Reproduce
Issue occurs right after install.
### Expected Behavior
The scrollbar appearance should follow the style/mode that the app is using as in Horus.
### OS Version
8.x (Circe)
### Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
### Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
