Getting notification "Task finished" "you sould not have seen this, please ...."

When open VScode via the terminal and it automaticly shows op a terminal at the bottom it shows this notification:

Beside that it also shows this after every command i execute in the vscode terminal:

## How to reproduce
- Install fish shell 3 and vs code
- Set fish shell as default shell using `chsh -s `which fish`
- Open the terminal and open vs code via `code .`
- In vscode open a new terminal via `Terminal` > `New terminal`
- Hold the terminal open and close vs code
- Open vs code again in the same folder as last time using `code .`

- Start typing commands in the bottom terminal and you'll see also the other popups
