New task popover shifts fast

## What Happened

When selecting a new date in the popover, the popover would shift to move alongside the date button above(don't know what that's called) when selecting days and time.

## Expected Behavior

That there wouldn't be much stuttering or shifting.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new task and click the date to edit it
2. Click on different days of the month over and over again and see how the popover moves left and right really fast
3. Click the clock and start changing the hour and minute really fast and see how the popover moves left and right really fast
