Completing local recurring task does not get displayed/rescheduled

Description
## What Happened
When completing a recurring task which is stored locally, the newly scheduled task does not get displayed until Tasks is restarted:
However, if the completed task is in the future the rescheduling does not seem to happen at all and the task just gets completed and then "disappears".
## Expected Behavior
The task should be rescheduled and displayed correctly in the list.
