iCloud.com: Change Location throws 403 Forbidden

This is a follow up of PR #174. My best guess is, this is related to #178. So we probably first want to make sure we are able to properly manage task lists when syncing against iCloud.com

> For what it's worth, I get this in Evolution too. I filed an issue about making sure we throw these errors as a dialog, but if there's a way to know that we're read only it would be nice to just make this insensitive ahead of time.
